Our pole home system is supplied by Kline Construction System, is ideal for building duplex & dual living residences on sloping, narrow, remote, or difficult building sites.
We apply this system to create a custom design that works with your site conditions, to minimise your construction costs, while proving your key design requirements. We are experienced in, and have a range of options, in regard to addressing BCA requirements – such as fire rated party walls / floors / ceilings.

Kline Construction System designed and supplied new homes built in Lae, PNG, to house Executives working in the LNG industry. A range of dual living homes, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom duplex’s were required to meet the needs of our client. This project has a number of unique design requirements, including a “safe room”.
PROJECT: DUAL LIVING RESIDENCE – BRISBANE
We have a number of clients wanting to incorporate dual living in their homes – either as a source of income, or to house an independent family member.
This example project provided an open plan home to the upper level, with a 2 x 1 bedroom self contained units below.
